These Terms & Conditions govern your use of smileydoctor.com and related communications from Reena Gupta DDS INC, doing business as Smiley Doctor / Smileydoctor (San Jose and Antioch dental offices).

Content on this website is for general information about our dental practices and services. It is not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified dental professional with questions about your oral health.
SMS / text messaging program
Program purpose: Smiley Doctor sends patient appointment and care-related text messages for our own dental offices, including online booking links, appointment change/cancel notices, office hours and directions, callback confirmations, and related patient communications. Messages are sent only by Smiley Doctor (not by unrelated third-party marketers).
Consent: By providing your mobile number when calling, texting, visiting our office, or scheduling an appointment, and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive recurring automated and/or staff-initiated SMS messages from Smiley Doctor for the purposes above. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent is obtained directly for Smiley Doctor’s messaging program and is not transferred to other brands for their marketing.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to each appointment request or visit. Typical volume is fewer than 10 messages per month for most patients.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further program messages.
- Help: Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or call San Jose (408) 247-4100 or Antioch (925) 727-3141.
- Supported carriers may vary; delivery is not guaranteed on all networks.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and messaging consent. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Appointments and booking links
Online booking links are provided for your convenience to schedule with Smiley Doctor. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our office. Emergency medical issues should be directed to 911 or an appropriate emergency facility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smiley Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or messaging program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
